With over 13 years in private equity, Justin has built and scaled business development platforms at multiple investment firms. Before joining Agellus, he was Director of Business Development at Longwater, where he led sourcing and intermediary coverage efforts. Earlier in his career, Justin served as Vice President at Atomic Capital, a Houston-based energy investment fund, after starting his career in EY’s M&A advisory practice.

A native a of Texas, Justin holds a BS in Communication Studies from the University of Texas and an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University. He lives in St. Louis with his wife and two daughters.
